In case of receipt of product in DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM - On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality / quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery, so that we may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from us regarding the same.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, We does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects / complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects / variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to us shall be done ONLY through registered courier agency.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to us within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from us.
Safe receipt of defective product by NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product / invoice / order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications / alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when the same product is unavailable for purpose of such alterations / modifications, We will inform customer for approval to do necessary modification / alternation when the customer insist to have the same product when it is not available anymore.
OBLIGATION - We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects / variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
We shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.
We shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered / modified / alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.
We shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, it shall still bear costs of alterations / modifications.
Notwithstanding the above, NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
PARTIAL REFUNDS - In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product.
However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, NARAYANA PEARLS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
CREDIT ISSUES - Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
